To reach Villa Lucilla, guests travel approximately 3 kilometers of white gravel road. The road is in good condition but, like many countryside roads in Umbria, may be occasionally steep and feature small stones. For this reason, low-height cars are not recommended.

From the parking area, there is a short walk of a few meters to reach the house, as well as stairs leading to the main entrances. The land around the property can be steep in places, and the swimming pool is accessed via stairs, making the villa best suited for guests comfortable with countryside terrain.
