On the ground floor, an imposing traditional entrance leads into vast, light-filled spaces: an open main living room, a grand double-height dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a study, a second lounge, cloakroom, and four suites, all framed by porches and terraces with sweeping valley views.

The upper floor is reached via three separate staircases, unveiling three additional luxurious suites set across the finca, a study, and a large covered terrace designed for slow mornings and sunset lounging—each corner revealing beautiful original features and a deep sense of place.

Arrival

A private camino leads to the gated entrance and parking area, where the full grandeur of Villa Ursula reveals itself. A cobblestoned ramp rises toward the finca’s historic façade—dating back to the 1500s—and a courtyard entrance with ancient wooden doors that set the tone immediately: timeless, discreet, and deeply Ibizan.

Living spaces

The main living room is unusually spacious for an authentic finca: high ceilings, niches, archways, warm lighting, original features, and serene comfort. Sofas, international TV, music system and direct access to the entrance terrace and outdoor lounge make it ideal for long, unhurried days.

Suites

Each suite is unique—beautifully designed, grounded in the surrounding countryside, and filled with character. Expect generous bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms (baths and showers), some with dressing rooms, terraces and calming views over nature-rich gardens, hills and valley beyond.

Hand-crafted solid teak beds, crisp white cottons, and a palette of soft beiges and gold create a refined, restful mood. Some rooms feel intimate and lofty under old beams; others are expansive and romantic, with historic features such as an old oven, or a private terrace that drifts into gardens and ancient stone details.

Dining room

A striking double-height space that embodies restored finca elegance. Dine beside the old oven, with valley views through glass doors and a table that invites long Ibiza-style meals. The room connects seamlessly to the third living area on one side and the kitchen on the other.

Kitchen

Fully equipped and designed for groups, with two ovens, two fridge-freezers, and complete crockery/cutlery. It opens directly onto the dining room and the outdoor dining terrace beyond.

Porches & terraces

Shaded porches add a relaxed, traditional rhythm—one off the master suite, one on the front terrace, and another leading from the third living area.
