Set in the peaceful countryside of Modica, just 8 km from the historic town center, the villa enjoys a privileged position overlooking a vast, beautifully landscaped garden. A private swimming pool with jacuzzi invites guests to relax and unwind while enjoying the serene natural surroundings.
The estate is divided into two separate buildings and can accommodate up to 24 guests across 8 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and private en-suite bathrooms. The interiors stand out for their refined and glamorous design, where elegant furnishings and luxurious details meet the timeless charm of Sicilian style.
Main Building
The main house features a magnificent living room, ideal for socializing, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a stunning dining room with a large wooden table—perfect for shared meals and special occasions.
Two staircases lead to the first floor, where three bedrooms with private bathrooms are located; one of these also includes a comfortable double sofa bed. Another staircase from the kitchen leads to the ground floor, where an additional living area connects to two more bedrooms and a charming wine cellar, ideal for tasting the finest local labels.
Guest Annexes
Adjacent to the main building are three spacious independent annexes, each offering a comfortable mezzanine level, a double bed, and a private bathroom. Two of the annexes, particularly generous in size, also include two additional single beds, making them ideal for families or larger groups.
Outdoor Living
Near the garden, a beautifully restored ancient stable now houses a second fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table suitable for hosting large groups. Wide glass doors open onto the veranda and barbecue area, filling the space with natural light and creating a lively yet relaxed atmosphere.
The villa’s style harmoniously combines tradition and modernity, creating a glamorous and welcoming environment—perfect for slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and enjoying a truly authentic Sicilian lifestyle.
Tastefully furnished verandas on both sides of the villa provide wonderful spaces for outdoor lunches and dinners, as well as peaceful moments by the pool, day and night.
