Located just ten minutes outside of Ibiza Town within the prestigious gated community of Roca Llisa, this private five bedroom is the perfect home base for your next amazing Luxury Retreats vacation. With golf, several public beaches, and Ibiza’s vibrant restaurant and nightlife scene, it’s easy to keep yourself as busy as you want or just stay in and enjoy the panoramic sea view from your hillside vacation home.

Stylistically, Villa is a perfect example of modern-minimalism. It’s simplistic, yet chic. Breezy and relaxing, while maintaining a high standard of elegance. The furniture, lighting and rugs were custom created by a renowned Spanish designer. The electronics throughout the villa are state of the art. The open-concept design has numerous entrances to the terrace and ocean view, fully embracing the amazing climate.

Outside, its multi-level terrace has gorgeous ocean views from every inch. There are two swimming pools and plenty of sun loungers to bask in the afternoon sun. Inside, features like television, Wi-Fi, and an office will make you feel at home, while features like an indoor hot tub, sauna, and hammam will make you feel like you’re in paradise.

They’ll be no fighting over “the good room” in the main house, as all four bedrooms feature super-king-beds, en-suite bathrooms, and outstanding views of the sea. The fifth super-king en-suite is located in the guest house, and features its own lounge area and kitchenette, bring total accommodations to ten.

Downtown Ibiza is well-known for its vibrant beach party atmosphere. With plenty of open-air clubs, beachfront bars, and restaurants, there’s no shortage of exciting spots to explore. Although a little overshadowed by its wild reputation, Ibiza is a great culinary destination, with a fine international dining and amazing local delicacies, as does its sister city, Sant Antoni.
