With its panoramic outlook of the Ibizan landscape and Mediterranean, this villa is orientated towards the sunset with views to the islands of Conillera, S´Espartar and Es Vedrá; an idyllic spot. It is a minimalist and contemporary villa but keeps the classic Ibiza style making it most comfortable and with several different chill out and dining terraces that make the most of the sunset, it is totally fabulous.

House has 320 sqm. The main entrance leads on the right to the living room, with sea views, and furnished with a large sofa and 2 matching easy chairs with 2 zebrano wood coffee tables in the center and equipped with a fireplace, flat screen satelite TV, DVD Blue Ray and music system for i-pod.

In front of the principal entrance, we can find the dining area which has a large solid wood table and seating for 6/8 people.

This room is access through its own private door or through a large glass sliding doors leading out to the pool and chill out area. All bedrooms have built in cupboards.

Grounds 2 is 450 sqm with a private drive in with electric gate leads to a large parking area.
